Gales Tags Policy/Procedure/Refund/Cancel

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards, debit cards and echeck using Paypal. 

Sales Tax

Nevada residents will be charged 7.750% sales tax.

Delivery/Receipt of Order

Orders placed will be processed and mailed the following business day.  Orders will be received by purchaser in 5-7 days.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping via USPS.

Unavailable Items

If item(s) is not available, buyer will be emailed and advised that the order will not be processed and credit card/debit card will not be charged unless buyer wants to choose an alternate item(s) at the current price. Your email response with approval will be required prior to processing order. We will be more than happy to keep the buyer’s contact information should he/she want to be placed on a waitlist when the initial item becomes available again.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds are accepted as long as item is unopened and returned in same excellent condition 14 days from original order date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to Gales Tags. Refunds paid to buyer by money order or check.

Exchanges/Changes

For exchanges buyer responsible for shipping cost to us.  Tag must be unopened and returned in same excellent condition 14 days from original order date. New tag(s) must be available in stock in order to process the exchange. If new tag(s) is not in stock, buyer will be refunded. If new tag is available buyer must place money order in amount of $1.00 for shipping of new tag.

As long as we have the tags in stock we will be able to change your order. For order changes in which we cannot fulfill entire request we will email you with what items are still available and your email response with approval will be required prior to processing order.

Cancellations

Cancelled orders are accepted as long as an email with cancel request is received the date of order by 10pm GMT Hawaii (1am PST).

Customized Dog Tags

There is a minimum order of 150 tags.

Cost is @ $4.00/each

Payment:  First half of payment is due upon approval of the artwork submitted.  Once tags are completed the remaining half of payment is due.

Time: Dog Tags will be completed 30-45 days after the artwork is approved.

Dog Tags will be delivered once the remaining balance is received.

Cancellations: Once the order has been submitted and the production of the tags has begun there will be NO refunds.

Privacy

We do not disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries or other organizations. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.
We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation.
